San Diego Ballet Presents: The Moving Image – A Film Premiere
Art, Architecture, Jazz, and Oh yes Dance!
August 11th at the LOT Liberty Station
Showings at 6:00pm and 6:45pm with Reception from 6-8pm
Presented at the LOT Liberty Station in Point Loma close to the San Diego Ballet’s home studios, this event features a 30 minute world premiere film showcasing a collection of video projects created during the pandemic. “The Moving Image” is a celebration of site-specific works created for the camera’s gaze by Artistic Director Javier Velasco featuring the music of Gilbert Castellanos and Claude Debussy, as well as iconic San Diego locations including the San Diego Museum of Art.
All tickets include a patio reception at the LOT with tasty food and one drink ticket each for a signature beverage of your choice. The reception will be ongoing and open for you to come and go as you please from 6-8.
$40 includes general admission to the show and reception.
$60 also includes being listed as one of the event sponsors in the SDB 2022-2023 Season Souvenir Program.
